Android IC Torso Icon, App?

In attached screenshot, what app is 3rd icon from left in notification pane, between WidgetLocker and triangle? I think it looks like an integrated circuit torso, but hey ...

That icon is "usb debugging"

It indicates that you phone is set in USB debug mode so that a PC can connect to it and run apps on it and debug those apps.

You should be able to turn it on or off here:

Settings > Applications > Developer options

Icon likeness possibility B was bug, probably shoulda run with that one, eh?

If I ever visited USB Debugging land, it wasn't by design. I've seen it in screenshots, really like the graphic, and now I know.
