How do you mean? I don't know of any laptops that run Android. There are tablets and phones and as far as the user is careful with how they share content, install secure apps and maintain a sense of privacy, they should be fine.
It's no different than running a Windows or OSX device. In fact, it's actually more secure (being Linux based).
