If by unlock, you mean root, then the process is slightly different for each phone... there are phone sub-forums, each of which has an "All Things Root" subsection, where you should be able to find either the info you need or other users who already know and would be able to help you out.
Head to Android Phones - Android Forums and scroll down until you find your phone and head to the All Things Root section.
