Android integrations with paypal

Hi guys, I read about Adaptive Payment by Paypal, but it seems like they are not longer available to all developers. So, I find braintree..but I don't understand if I can send money to another paypal account choosen by the user. In my app I want to add a feature to login with your paypal account and then send money to your friend directly through the app. What API should I use?

Adaptive Payments is now a limited release product. It is restricted to select partners for approved use cases and should not be used for new integrations without guidance from PayPal.

You need to talk to Paypal.

Yeah, I read about Braintree, but in the documentation and the tutorial I can't find anything about user to user payment. Does it support that?
Otherwise, what type of payment could I include in my app, to allow people to send money to a friend?
