I have Samsung Ace 3 S7275R mobile and is jerky and slow when changing menu pages or starting programs. What should i do?

It was always like this. Another 2 persons in my family bought the same phone and the problem does not exist so there isn't a problem of the model.
Sorry thought this was a food thread from the title, "Android jerky" yum...I wonder what that tastes like, like beef sweets? 
You could try resetting it to factory defaults, in case something has gone funky with it. If you do reset to defaults though backup anything important first, like photos, videos, documents, etc. If it was doing it from new, could be it's defective and faulty, given that the other identical phone is OK.
