Hi. I'm female and not very tech savvy about any electronic items. wish I were though. My son set up my phone account as it's in his name cause he's paying the bill. Very kind of him. 
However, I've had the phone for six months (it's his old one) and never had a problem like the current one.
Twenty-four hours ago I started hearing a strange code like sound something like da dip da dip continuously. It's driving me crazy. what could be wrong? Please remember when replying that I don't know much computer/electronic gadget lingo.
