Help Android low quality screenshots, but okay on dropbox.

Since last few months screenshots i take are in low quality. Even old screenshots were downgraded, but when i moved them to other folders or send them through fb messenger they were somehow in full quality. Now, only on dropbox i can see normal screens. from dropbox: http://i.imgur.com/9TvvW6p.jpg when i upload to imgur it full quality too so im going to take screenshot of screenshot now
