Android Market 404 error...

Today I got a used Sony Xperia Arc and got it all set up and ready to go, but I can not get android market to open. I click on market and get a 404 error message every time. Any help wold be much appreciated.
 
I have an LG Ally and have the same issue. A Google Error that reads like this,

"404. That's an error. The requested URL /intl/%locale%/mobile/android/market-tos.html was not found on this server. That's all we know"

Does anyone have any ideas?
