Android Market ERROR.

Hi all. i need help .I bought aN xperia x10 from romania. I have internet on phone , but , when i enter in Market and type account and password i got an error : This cloud be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services . If it continues , call Customer care.
How can i solve this ? thank's
and sorry for the bad english.... my bad
when i enter in market i need to type gmail account and password (of my account)

What password is it asking you for when you enter the Market? It should not be asking you for anything.
