Android market-No option for top paid apps

Does anybody know, what should I do in order the android market to show me
the option about the top paid applications? Cause till now
only the free apps are available, while in other devices at the same place the
top paid option is available.

Paid apps are only available in certain locations, maybe your device comes from one of these areas and the devices you are comparing with were sourced elsewhere
