Android Market Now in 46 Countries

According to app store analytics group Distimo, free applications Android Market have found their way to 46 countries, up from only 25 a few weeks ago. While it's good that free apps access continues to be increased, Google really needs to get the finger out and increase the pace of rolling out paid apps. It's really hurting the viability of the Market if there's no incentive for top-end developers to target Android just because they're not in one of 13 countries. It's really taking far too long
 
That's great to know there has a rise to the number of countries from 25 to 40. Till date there are only 13 paid apps countries which include US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Netherland, Switzerland and Spain. The rest are free apps countries.
 
I’m glad to hear that Android is gaining popularity, but I’m afraid many people might get disappointed. It’s not enough to expand when the Market is kind of useless to many people.
