Android market on Dext, can't be opened. HELP!

HELP needed! I bought motorola dext just about 3 weeks ago in Singapore. Everything is fine but I don't know why I can't use the android market. Whenever I open it, the terms of service appears but it keeps on loading. The accept button can't be clicked. The internet connection was not down, but the android market keeps on loading. Is it because I don't use any plan or contract? This thing is driving me crazy. Help me please..Thanks alot. =)

probably when it started the phone at the time did not set your gmail email, now you will always have this error and can not enter, you must reset the phone and reconfiguration.
