android market problems

Hi can anyone HELP ME PLEASE?.
I go onto android market and it lets me get so far down the page then says ' authentication required, sign in to your google account'

I have done this already and still nothing. Also i did a factory reset, and still nothing.

PLEASE SOMEONE HEEEEELP ME

This may sound redundant, but have you signed in via the Gmail app or the Email app? You should be signed in through Gmail.
