The new market update has been out for a while now and mine has yet to update. Everyone I know has received an update. Is it my phone or Google? Is anyone else having this issue? I have an HTC Inspire 4g. I have tried the waiting for 10 minutes thing and still the same results.

Have you tried clearing the data for the Market app?

You could also try installing the new market apk. Worked for my 3vo and the wife's Evo 4g, and many others in the thread are saying it worked for them too.
