Help Android Music Error

So im having this issue every single time I open the app. Ive cleared the cache many times but it repeadedly pops up on me. Its the default app.
My phone is the Galaxy Note 3.
If image wont work, its the "Unfortunately (the app) has stopped working" Error.

Yes but when I use my other album grabber or music editor it doesnt show up right on them. I need my default
 
What doesn't show up right? Album art? I'm confused at what your trying to do. If your default isn't working but another music player work but doesn't do what you want to, it sounds like the default music player is having a software issue. If the default player has updates uninstall them, erase the data and cache on the default player also. Usually erasing the data on a app fixes crash problems, at least it always has for me.
