Or are any mod/theme for Cm12.1 out of there?

Hi, CM13 is still in the works, so it's not a good idea to ask for Android N port. Especially when there's no working stable "N" release yet.
The device itself should be able to handle it, but it's all up to L70 developers, who do it for free and shouldn't be rushed.

As for N themes, there are some on Google Play Store - you may find them without anyone's help Though, I see no point in installing them, since CM12.1/13 look is almost identical.
