Hi Could someone please explain what is native executable? there is an app

Could someone please explain what this is?

Is there any emualtor for android to run windows ce or something??

I think if you do not know what it is, you do not need it (no offence, it is not my intention to insult you).
Generally, what is described under link, is how to execute linux commands and applications on your device. Normally, you run Android programs that are executed in the special Java environment, which is separated from the Linux operating system (which in fact is running in the background all the time, but is hidden ).
Native executables are run on Linux itself.
