Some other forums I get on say there android native and sow they have a paid app for it. What will this app do for me? Is it worth the 5$ or whatever it cost?
 
I think they might be trying to trick you...
If you use LauncherPro (free from the market) you can get your stock EVO to look closer to native Android, but I think unless you root and reflash, you can't get a true clean install.
