Android not hyphenating for word warps

In short, this is tied to a previous post I made on irregular lines of text, does anyone know why, when words would go to the next line, instead of hyphenating it so there isn't a large gap, it just moves the entire word for the next line? It's not just text made my me, it affects others text, aswell as chrome discord etc

If there's no hyphenation dictionary, then the only place a line will break is at a space or return.

Where do I download a hyphen dictionary?

You don't. It's not something you can install and add that functionality to an app. The app or web page has to be coded to use hyphenation. There might be an SMS app that does hyphenate, but as for Chrome, that's up to the web developer.

I know for a fact it used to have hyphens like usual, now it never does
