I don't know why, but all of a sudden my Moto Z2 Play stoped showing my photos in the gallery or in the photos folder of the archive manager saying that there are no photos in the device, but when I manually search for them in their folder location they are all there. Besides it I also cant add custom ringtones, when I select the file I want as a ringtone and press open nothing happens. Does someone know how to solve it? I've already reseted the phone and it solved for the first 2 days before it begin again.
