If possible to run an old app compatible for Ice Cream Sandwich on android 4.4.2 kitkat or 5.0 lollipop?????

I don't see why not. The only way to be sure would be to try installing and see.

I have an app and when I install this app on Android 4.0( ice cream sandwich) work perfect but the same app when I install on Android 4.4.2 (kitkat) is not working
