Apps android on other phones

Are there any US 3g phones that Android has been successfully (and fully) installed on? I know there are versions for the diamond but those aren't "usable"

What made you think that an Android application file would install on any other type of OS apart from Android?

Although Nokia N810 isn't a phone, I'm using both the original OS 2008 and Android on it

Yes but it takes some work. And I don't know how, installing the current version was a piece of cake
