Personally, I'd prefer the HTC Rhodium 100 (Touch Pro 2). But ... the thing that concerns me is: if a device doesn't have the Five Android buttons (Home, Menu, Back, Call, Hangup/Power), how well will it work as an Android device?
IIRC, most WinMo phones have 4 buttons on the face (Call, Hangup, and two soft buttons). But you really need the a Fifth button, otherwise you give up one of Menu, Home, or Back. Yet, all 3 of those buttons seem, to me, to be incredibly important.
If someone figures out how to make it all come together, so that any WinMo device can run Android, that's great. I'd get the Touch Pro 2 in a heart beat. But ... I remain skeptical.
