Well its not me really.. my friend actually. He has a phone pre-loaded with the android os and is having problems with it and wants to switch to another os erm windows mobile.......

so like how do i go about uninstalling the os and flash in the windows mobile os.. thanks...

What are the problems?

Will most likely be far easier to sort those than to try to talk someone through loading a ROM for another OS (if one even exists for whatever handset it is).

Android is a better OS and more user friendly than Windows Mobile. Unless there is a SenseUI for the handset in question, it really will be a step backwards. Believe me, I have a WM handset for work.
 
well abit of a problem here ... my friend needs my help as in he wants android gone and wants windows mobile.... ( well me and big mouth said i could do it)

now i checked online for tools and can't seem to find any lol

can you help or anyone here help mi lol

and the phone he's using is a blackberry
 
You can't as far as I am aware run Windows Mobile on a Blackberry. There is no ROM out there.

What Blackberry is it, can't remember any out with Android on them yet?
 
ok found the research in motion tool to help update the/change the os but where do i get the win mobile os ?
 
There is no Windows Mobile ROM that will work on a Blackberry.

As far as I am aware the 9700 run Blackberry OS 5.0 only and there are no hacks to run either Android or Windows Mobile.

Seriously though, your friend would have a hell of a time getting a different OS to work on a phone that was never intended for it -- the wiser path is to just sell that phone and buy a different one that comes with the desired OS.
