Unless you can find someone who has rooted and has a custom ROM (operating system) for your particular model of ASK phone, you are out of luck. (A quick google search didn't find anything, but I don't know the model of your phone). It is very unlikely that such a ROM exists since phones designed to run android v 2.2 froyo are generally not able to run v4+, they just are not powerful enough.
