Apps Android P2P App

Hello everyone,

I'm new on this type of development but I have a project to do: a P2P network based app for mobile devices and I need to implement a bootstrap peer (should be a desktop computer) with a distributed hash table that allows comunications between the peers (p2p app) already connected to the network.

I already search for apis and tutorials but nothing really usefull. The API's that I have found on my searches doesn't work.

So I ask for some help or advices to know how to build a p2p network for Android.

Since you're already going to have a desktop in the mix, why not use it as a server? Eliminates a lot of work.

O only need a PC because it have more processing power to make a bootstrap function. But the app really need to be P2P. So de PC node should be similar a mobile node.
