Hello Group,
Has anyone tried the "Android Pay" app with the LG V10? I haven't tried it but I would like to. Can someone who uses it tell me how it works and is it safe, Thanks, Jake

As of this day, I cannot get Android Pay to work on the LG V10 (Verizon). Verizon can't solve it and Google "supposedly" has been working on it since April 18. All I get is Android Pay is Unavailable then underneath that is Android Pay is not available. Tried every suggestion more then once and can't even open the app. I wouldn't recommend it. Can't figure out, neither can Google or Verizon, why I am getting the message.

If you've tried everything reasonable (uninstall/re-install Android Pay,add/remove cards/etc.),I'm stumped.
Only things that come to mind are the cards aren't compatible,or,wherever you've tried to use it doesn't accept it.
If that's not the case, seems to me a factory reset is the only other possibility of getting it to work.

However, since Google has acknowledged that they're "working on it",I doubt there's much you can do short of a reset,or,find someone with a Verizon LG V10 who has had success in using it.
If they get it to work, perhaps there's a hardware issue w/your phone.............

I am actually leaning toward the hardware issue. As already did factory reset. with Verizon, Android pay can't be uninstalled, part of the good ole bloatware. I did force stop, of course phone off/on and same thing. So, patiently waiting for Google, they send a message one a week, they are working on it. lol The cards, can't even open app, that's when those messages pop up, so not able to add cards.
