Hi,
I'm pretty sure that I read someplace that with a Windows computer, the more icons that you have on your desktop the slower Windows is to start your computer as well as go to the desktop when needed.
I'm wondering if Android devices (my Kyocera phone and my Lenovo tablet) have the same situation where the more icons that I have on a home screen the poorer performance is going to be.
On both my phone and tablet I have anywhere from 15 to 30 folders and each folder might have anywhere from 3 to 30 or 50 icons inside of each folder.
Does having so many folders and so many icons inside of each folder degrade the performance of Android devices?
Also, if it does degrade the performance then would it be better and would it help any if I offloaded many of the least used folders to a second home screen? Or does it matter at all whether the same amount of folders are all on one home screen or if all my folders are kept on multiple home screens?
