I have a karbonn s5 titanium(non rooted) with stock firmware 4.1.2.I am having an issue in which the phone comes up with a blue screen and then reboots itself. Also on connecting the phone with a USB charger, the phone either switched off or on depending upon whether it was on already or off(vice versa).I have been using the phone for a month and there had been no problem until now .it all just started yesterday when the phone automatically unmounted the external sd ard and when I fixed the small issue by powering off and then restarting.I need urgent help Droid fans.
Thanx in advance to anyone who responses.

Hmm, we might need more information to work this one out. Do the crashes happen when you are running the phone actively, or starting something power hungry like making a call or 3g browsing, or just when the phone it sitting idle?

The one clue here is the change when plugging in. That suggests hardware - if we're lucky just the battery.

Might be best if you could post some more information about the circumstances in which it shuts down, either via the guest question feature you used here or by joining the forum, where more people can see the problem and it will be easier to discuss.

At the moment all I can suggest is a new battery (costs money, may not be the answer), a factory reset (back up your apps and data first, will only help if it is a software problem), or if neither does it a warranty repair. But maybe someone else will have an idea?

Have you tried the phone without the SD Card in? Seems odd I know but let's try to rule out everything we can first. I know some SD cards can become faulty and in theory it could impact on the actual phone itself if the phone is trying to index a faulty card.
