Help Android phone icon missing

Were is my android phone icon so I can put it back.

Have you looked in your app drawer? If you find it there, you can long-press on it and put it back.

By the way, back to where?

What device/carrier/android version do you have?
How did you, or what happened to, cause it to disappear?

Long press on the home screen, it should give you some options to add apps/icons etc. Or perhaps an option to un-hide apps/icons? Not familiar with that device sorry.
