android phone unable to connect to mobile network

I am in India and have Air tel SIM installed on a S3 Chinese clone. The phone functionality stopped working suddenly. Tried fixing APNs. The sim is working fine on other phones. Tried factory reset. Problem continues. Can someone please help.
