Help Android Phone Weak Signal Reception Tests?

Am looking for a new cellphone that needs to work in weak signal areas.

Anyone testing how weak signal reception varies from phone to phone?

That is a piece of information which would be useful, and which reviewers generally don't bother with (if you are lucky you get a comment like "reception is fine", and many won't mention it at all). Sure it's difficult to test well, but I do wish that at least one of them would make some effort.

But in practice your best bet might be to tell us what network, possibly what area, and what your other requirements are, and we can see whether anyone has any suggestions based on their personal experiences.

Hi Hadron,

As mentioned am looking for a new cellphone that has excellent low signal reception.

Hope there is a Cell Phone Review Site that covers this. It does not even have to be in English.

Have found most reviews cover cameras, a few audio quality for music listening but to date nothing covering basic phone reception for different signal strengths.

Have no preference in whether is CDMA or GSM as will be used only in USA.
