I was just curious, is not this against the security that capturing the audio from other apps Audios without even letting them know?

Hey guys,
I have a question. I am just curious android Q has a feature name Playback Capture so you can download music from other applications. Is not this the security issues downloading music from other apps without even letting them know?

Does seem a little dodgy doesn't it? However an app can explicitly disallow its audio to be captured by other apps.
And there are some rules, like for API 28 and below, the app needs to actively opt in to audio capture.

Yeah I was thinking the same that now the other apps have to secure their audios if they don't anyone else to capture.
It does let the user know, and the user, as well as the app must specifically allow it, doesn't it?
