Help Android Question - Samsung S3 shows charging after being unplugged, but just with one particular ext

Hi! My S3 will continue to indicate charging after it is unplugged from one specific external battery. It doesn't do it with wall outlet charge, nor two other different external batteries.

Will this damage my phone? I'm very worried about this.
