Help android razor won't boot

My android razor phone will not fully turn on? It is fully charged and will start up but stop at the very end of the boot up phase before it brings up my home page. It is not frozen. I have tried both reset functions but it still only boots back up to that one point. What can I do?

Try flashing firmware to the device. If that fails well then... Not much else can be done
