Android restarts itself

Are there any common circumstances when this happens? Is it always when charging? Always when sleeping? etc.
 
I don't use the original charger or charge cables and also use an anker backup power charger. Should I order new Samsung cables and power plug?
 
I couldn't say that it would help. I was wondering if it was getting overheated while charging, which would trigger protection circuitry that shuts the phone off. It might reboot after it cooled down, but that's just a guess.

Has it ever randomly rebooted while you're using it?
 
Yes it randomly shuts off while I am using it. But I am not sure if that is because I have it plugged into the backup battery cell.
 
I was getting a lot of pop up ads and random restarts and android being slow so I did a factory restart and only installed a dozen apps I use regularly. I can list them here. I've disabled peel remote because it is a system app installed by manufacture that has ads. Also disabled NFL app too which is the same case as the peel remote.
 
Now my phone is fast and preforms well it just restarts randomly sometines. Also, it had a notification about next time it restarts it will try to activate the phone. My phone service works fine. But it isn't verizon I switched to tracfone.

I have no antivirus installed
Haven't installed any outside the play store except I guess the amazon app store since that is installed by Amazon app.
