Apps Android robot - anyone knows?

I found this robot which you can programm with your Android phone - does anyone know this? Is this even possible?
The company is called WiserBots - does anyone know this? Is it worth the money?

It looks really neat but i would wait ive seen more so wait till it gets a bit bigger and wait for better things. Like the dancing android robot that you can control with your phone that is on android.
