android robots - chrome and gold lined

I made some robots for a wallpaper and thought that some of you might be interested in them for icons or to use in your own wallpapers.. here are a couple examples:

Yeah go ahead and use them, and thanks for putting your work up for everyone as well.

1 question though.. You mention in your post about 256x256.. where does that come from? is that the largest size desktop visualizer will use? does 256 size down better than other numbers because of its math or something? or does it just save sd space for users or something.. I was making them 84x84 for launcher pro.. But then just started going 500x500 for ease and flexibility. Should I go with 256 or change to 512?

I guess that was more than one question.

To be totally honest I don't even remember. I'm kinda new at this. I did get some info from this thread: http://androidforums.com/android-themes/199936-android-phone-7-theme.html

But it may have been just from some experimenting with some different sizes and how the worked with DV with and without the name tags on the icons.
