Help Android Showing Less Battery Capacity Than it Should have...

Hello Everybody
I`m newbie on this site and posting this kind of question:

I have Flashed ROM of Doogee DG500 this days. As soon as I installed The app:
Battery Monitor Widget Pro
it Shows Battery Capacity: 1000 mAh
And My Phones Actual Battery Capacity (written on Back) is 2800 mAh :(
is That a Good idea To Calibrate Battery? it will fix this issue?
Thanks;)

That really depends on how the app is estimating the battery capacity, which I don't know: I've never seen the phone menu report this, nor other battery monitor or system info apps.

My guess is that "calibrating" won't change this. I tried it on my phone and it got the nominal value correctly, which makes me think it's interrogating something in either the phone or the battery - if it was trying to estimate it from some battery parameters it wouldn't be exact. So my guess is either that your battery reports this capacity (irrespective of its actual capacity), or that it can't get that information and is reporting a default value of some sort.

If the widget is reporting accurate information otherwise (voltage, percentage, temperature) I'm tempted to say just don't worry about that statistic. Or, perhaps most helpfully, ask the developer why this might be? Either they will know, or else they may be interested to know that it isn't working correctly for your battery.

Hey thanks Friend and seems that I need To Realise that's China ^_^ and they did just made clients to fall in huge Capacity of Battery ;) :D
I might feel that Widget is correct sadly :)
