Android Software management app?

With iPhone, there is iTunes which can pretty much do everything you need, i.e. sync, data transfer, load music files, etc., to do with your phone. Is there an Android equivalent for iTunes? I'm using a Samsung Fold 4 if that makes a difference.

iTunes was actually discontinued about three years ago now, with Apple Music, Podcasts, and App Store as separate apps.

For a Samsung Fold 4 device, there is Smart Switch, which I use for data transfers, syncing, and backups.
