Android speaking your name on start up

Hi guys looking to see if their is a app or way I can get my android head unit in my car speak my name on startup just to say hello Thomas not really finding much on the net I subscribe to a guy on YouTube 1puglife his JVC head unit does this as I contacted him but he says it does this as standard don't think it's Android based tho so any help would be good I had even thought about looking in to anyone that makes apps to see if it's something that can be done thanks

Pretty sure you could do that with an app called Macrodroid. It can read any text out loud (any many other things), triggered by an event (screen on, app starting up etc). Others can do the same (Tasker etc) but I find this app the easiest of them to use.
