Hey there Android Forums.
Whenever I set my wallpaper on my phone it requires me to crop and pan it across three screens. I had previously thought that this was manditory and the only way to set a wallpaper. Recently I started using the wallpapers app on the appstore and, for the most part, it worked the same way. Although, a couple of the wallpapers that I set became stationary and didn't move with my screens. They had no significant indication of why and I didn't set them in any special way. Is there truely a way to get wallpapers to do that?
