Apps Android Studio 2.0 + Instant Run

How is everyone liking Android Studio 2.o? If you’re not on 2.0, check out the article posted in the Android developers blog.

I was really looking forward to Instant Run, but it honestly doesn’t seem any faster. If anything I feel like if Instant Run is involved, I may not be looking at an accurate build of my app. Does anyone else feel this way? Is there a way to turn this off?

I don’t really notice other improvements, but would be interested in Cloud Test Lab. Is anyone using this? What did you think?

I've not installed 2.0, but honestly the code turnaround for me is nice and quick as it stands. However I'm not using that bloat-ware they call Windows as my dev platform.
Looking at the feature description for 'Instant Run', if it uses code hot swapping then that should be blazingly fast. I'm going to give this a try.
