I Just downloaded Android Studio bumblebee and now Device Manage won't open. is that a known bug? is there any way to open it with a command line?

It's not productive to use a real device all the time. that is why they have emulators. and it should work.Try using a real device that can take a long time to load

I had a similar problem and so I first invalidated my cached and restarted Android Studio and then did "Restore Default Layout" and things worked again.

I'll stand correct, Bumblebee is not stable for MacOS Monterey.Stability could be OS dependent. I'm on Manjaro linux and Bumblebee runs flawless.
Perhaps try a fresh install and use the default settings which are quite sane. All I've done to mine is move some toolbar buttons around.
Been using android studio since it was in Beta, and even then it was fairly stable on linux considering it was beta software.
