Apps Android studio font issues

So I am trying to edit and android app https://github.com/Purgified/Pixel-Hop the fonts are in android/assests/font I want to change the font to something of my own but I found two files,one .fnt and the other .png...I would like something like calibri..please help..beginner here

hey i tried this but it doesnt seem to work with the specif app, i dont know if its because its using picutre and what looks like canvas to pick the letters

This app uses BitmapFont, there are tools for conversion from TTF to BitmapFont

I think, you should take some TTF font rename it to text.ttf, then with tools from links above generate Bitmap text.png and Character description text.fnt files.
