Android Studio - Java (not kotlin project) - Make bottom navigation as picture

Hi, i would want develop with android studio the bottom navigation view as this:

how can i start for building this. I thought with new project with bottom navigation view...but i'm not so where to start....

I tried this plugin

but I don't know how to enlarge the central icon and remove the round border.

Any helps ara appreciated.
