Meh, there's something for everyone. iPhone themes on Android, Android themes on iPhone, iPhone themes on Windows Mobile, Windows themes on iPhone... I don't know why anyone would want to replicate Windows, but people never cease to amaze me.

I love Android, but I have AT&T and don't want to downgrade coverage. That's why someone would do that.
