Android theme for Vista PC ???

Ive been searching forever now for a theme for my Vista PC . All
it seems to bring up is a theme for Windows 7 users . Im not talking
about Mobile devices but my actual Computer . Where can I find a
theme at ? Thanks in advance ! Oh and here is a link to show what

The download links don't work, the file has been taken down, does anybody know where I can get this for Windows 7? I love it!

Okay I found the .zip file and downloaded it . Can anyone help me figure out how to
install the extras ? Im not a total newb with computers but need assistance with this please . Anyone ? *crosses fingers*

They are , .RAR , .bmp , .png , .jpeg , shell32.dll , and a couple .exe files
