Is Android things supported on NXP i.MX 8M? Is it possible to flash the MX 7D build on the MX 8M?

Alas I can't provide an answer to that one, and wouldn't want to, for fear of bricking your device.

Almost anything is possible but this isn't something I'd consider to be a reasonably good idea in general as like @LV426 mentioned, you're very likely to turn your device into an expensive paperweight. On that note:

• If you have extra devices to tinker with and are confident, then go ahead do so at your own risk, but I generally wouldn't risk my Daily Driver (DD) on experiments.. I'm speaking of personal experience involving different devices of course, but the results are usually the same, Lol.
