Android to PC Wi-fi sharing

Hi folks!

I'm a complete Android newbie. I just got my GS3 and I'm trying to figure out the best way to access the shared folders/files on my PC wirelessly via my home network.

The PC is wired to my router. The GS3 is connected wirelessly. File-sharing is active on the PC.

But where do I go from here? Do I need extra software to access the folders/files on the PC?

Download ES File Explorer from the Play Store.
It has networking. Excellent file manager app and it's free.

Awesome! Exactly what I needed.

It was a bit of a pain in the ass to get going....but once all devices are talking to eachother, it's the business.
